AS FEATURED RECENTLY BY THE BBC!

Quality self-catering accommodation in our beautiful restored and recently converted Grade II* Listed 16th Century thatched barn, on a small peaceful medieval historic farmstead. Situated in the heart of deepest Devon farming countryside, equidistant (just 20 minutes approx by car) from Dartmoor and the North Cornish Coast (lovely sandy beaches and great surfing at Bude), this is an ideal base from which to explore this lovely part of the West Country.

A great place for nature lovers, our farm comprises just under 50 acres of conservation pasture which has been recognized as a Devon County Wildlife site and we have won a silver award from the Devon Wildlife Trust, because of the wide variety of flora and fauna which can be found here, including barn owls, rare bats, endangered butterflies, rare orchids etc. There are wonderful views of Dartmoor from the highest point, for those who just want to relax in truly peaceful surroundings.

The Milking Parlour
This ancient barn has been restored using traditional, historic building techniques and with its thick cob walls and huge oak beams, gives a great feeling of age, but with all the modern comforts too - a bespoke underfloor heating system throughout, low energy lighting technology, a luxurious shower/wet room, a woodburning stove for cosy evenings, slate and limestone flooring, granite kitchen worktops and modern furnishings throughout.
