 This delightful converted barn lies right in the centre of the beautiful and historic village of Slapton. It is only a few minutes walk to either of the inviting pubs and the shop. The sea with the beach of Slapton Sands and the freshwater nature reserve, Slapton Lea, are an easy 10 - 15 minutes walk away. - Slapton is a perfect location to sample the delights of the South Hams, whether it be the spectacular scenery on the cliff walks, bird watching or the traditional bucket and spade holiday.
- Historic Dartmouth is 8 miles away, Kingsbridge is 7 miles and the popular busy yachting resort of Salcombe is 14 miles.
 
Accommodation The Barn sleeps 4 people in 2 fully fitted bedrooms (1 double,1 twin bedded). The kitchen, living and dining area is open plan. There is a shower room and separate utility with a washing machine, a tumble drier and a small freezer. All duvets, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and electricity are included. The Barn benefits from ample off road parking, and in 2004 was awarded a 4 star rating by the ETC. Outside  - Guests have the use of the extensive and attractive 2 acre garden, which has views over the church and the ancient Tower.
- The large trout pond attracts many birds, water fowl and for the keen nature enthusiast, foxes and badgers at night.
- It is a haven of peace and tranquillity for those looking for a quiet time.
- Picnic and other garden furniture is also available.
- Because of the pond, Meadow Court Barn is not thought suitable for mobile children under 5 years old.
