We will require £50 security deposit which will be returned within 4 weeks, if no damage occurs.Payment of 50% of total booking cost, plus £50 security deposit, payable on booking, balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellation charges apply. Cancellation should be made in writing to the owners. If less than 4 weeks before arrival date no refund but partial refund if the cottage can be re-booked.For bookings of less than 1 week, full cost on booking.Bed linen is NOT provided for a stay of less than three nights.
Arrival time is from 2pm on date of arrival, departure time is 10am at the latest on date of departure.
Guests are required to leave the cottage in a clean condition as found and report any breakages. The owners reserve the right to charge for any broken/damaged/missing items. If in the opinion of the owners, the house has not been left satisfactorily cleaned, the cost of additional cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
