 Marshfield Apartment is set in a conservation area in the level part of Minehead and is within a few minutes walk to the beach and Exmoor National Park. It is ideally located on the Devon / Somerset border for all of your holiday pursuits. An excellent base to enjoy the many attractions of Exmoor with tremendous walking and hiking, riding and trekking facilities using the miles of foot paths and bridle ways. - Visit the Doone Valley, Medieval Dunster with its castle - Dunkery Beacon with its breathtaking panorama of Somerset and Devon.
- The South West Coastal path starts on the Minehead beach and takes you to Devons rugged coastline where Exmoor touches the sea.
- The beach, pubs and restaurants are within minutes walk of your accommodation as is the West Somerset Railway.
- The Minehead and West Somerset Golf Course is a very short drive away at the end of the beach.
Accommodation This spacious second floor accommodation, newly converted from the Victorian Marshfield Hotel has a very light and sunny through lounge to kitchen there is a splendid view over Exmoor. There is a large bathroom, two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and sleeps up to four people. It has been very tastefully furnished to a high standard. Each bed is made up on arrival with fresh laundered sheets and togged duvets. Both bedrooms have a TV and video. The bathroom has a large corner bath an individual shower unit, toilet and hand basin. The very comfortable lounge area comprises 2 couches, side tables, TV, DVD, Freeview, and a cd/radio/ tape player, opening to a contempary fitted kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, gas hob and electric cooker, fridge and microwave. There is a door entry system c.c.t.v. A designated parking space for one car. Facilities Full gas central heated, all gas and electricity are included in the rent between April and October. A £10 supplement will be added per week from November to March. Bed linen provided. No towels. No smokers No pets. Open all of the year with special rates for winter and short 3 or 4 day breaks.
