Accommodation
The property is made up of three self contained apartments which can sleep from 2 to 7 people in total depending on which apartment or selection of apartments.  

• Each apartment is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, TV, DVD, CD, Radio Alarm, Hair Drier, Total Control Electric Heating and Electric Towel Rail. Apartment 1 - Ailsa also has a Dishwasher and Freeview TV.
• Front and rear gardens with garden furniture including parasols.
• Cost of heating and electricity included.
• All bed linen and duvets are supplied, but not towels or tea towels.
• Pets by arrangement, only in apartment 3 (Cumbrae) which is upstairs.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.
