The property is made up of three self contained apartments which can sleep from 2 to 7 people in total depending on which apartment or selection of apartments.  

• Each apartment is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, Radio Alarm, Hair Drier, Total Control Electric Heating and Electric Towel Rail. Apartment 1 - Ailsa also has a Dishwasher.
• Front and rear gardens with garden furniture including parasols.
• Cost of heating and electricity included.
• All bed linen and duvets are supplied, but not towels or tea towels.
• Pets by arrangement, only in apartment 3 (Cumbrae) which is upstairs.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.
