A delightful cottage in a beautiful location, on the edge of a village, with lovely open views. It is next to, but separate from, the owner's home with private access, parking and enclosed rear garden with patio furniture. The owner's land extends to over 3 acres including a large lawn to the front of the Cottage set with mature trees such as Oak, Maple, Chestnut and Beech. - The grounds are a haven for wildlife.
- There is good access to The Lakes, Lancashire Coast, Furness Peninsula and Yorkshire Dales.
- Local shops are 2 miles and the Village Pub serving food is half a mile.
The Cottage is personally maintained by the owner to a high standard and briefly comprises:
On the top floor: - Entrance porch/utility room with a washer/drier and freezer.
