Upottery is nestled into the sheltered valley of the Blackdown Hills conveniently located close to the A303. Upottery is also an ideal place to take pleasant walks along the River Otter and relax and watch the world go by. A short walk from the property is the village pub and in the next village a post office and a golf course. There is a wealth of choice of things to do being located close to Honiton, Exeter, Taunton, Bristol (1 hour) and seaside resorts such as Sidmouth (20mins) and Lyme Regis (30 mins). Honiton is a charming market town which is also a mecca for antique shops as well as cream teas and Devonshire ice-cream.

Changeover day - Friday. Arrival 4pm and departure 10am.

40% deposit payable at time of booking. This is non-refundable unless we re-let the property. Balance due 4 weeks before the holiday. Payment by cheque. Refundable damage deposit £200. Minimum stay one week.
