Manningham House is perfectly situated in the heart of the peaceful village of Ringstead on the stunning North Norfolk coast. Whether you are looking to enjoy the beautiful coastline, endless sandy beaches, the glorious countryside or cultural visits, all can be found within a short distance.

Ringstead is a friendly village boasting the award-winning Gin Trap Inn which serves delicious food, a village shop stocking local organic produce and some antique rooms. For further provisions Hunstanton has larger supermarkets.

Accommodation
This period house is spacious, built of natural carrstone and comfortably furnished throughout.

On the ground floor:

Large well-equipped kitchen/dining area with an Aga, as well as hob, oven and microwave, and seating for eight. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and iPod docking system.
Two cosy sitting rooms, one with an open fire, games, TV with Sky, video and DVD; the second sitting room with an open fire, sofas and iPod docking system.

On the first floor:

Two double bedrooms, both with double beds, and one with an ensuite bathroom.
One twin bedroom.
One single bedroom.
Renovated family bathroom with shower, roll-top bath and underfloor heating.
