SHORT BREAKS - Are available throughout the year, except in High Season and the summer half term week, subject to availability. Tel.01223 290207
WEEKLY BOOKINGS - are from FRIDAY TO FRIDAY and can be made by telephone. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100 for all bookings, and the completed booking confirmation form. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before the holiday commences.
SPECIAL RATES -
Off-season weekends and midweek short breaks
(min. of 3 nights) from £70 per night.
20% discount for 3 or less people on weekly
bookings only (except in high season)
10% discount for 4 people on weekly bookings
only (except in high season)
£35 discount for fortnightly bookings.
PETS -
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome
downstairs,for £15 per pet per week and £10 per
pet per short break. Upon final payment, a £50
security deposit is required per pet, in case
there is an accident or the dogs go upstairs
and leave hairs and mites, necessitating the
house to be specially cleaned for incoming
tenants with allergies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT -
A deposit against damages of £150 per week (£100
per short break)is required and is payable by
separate cheque with the balance of the rental.
This will be returned or shredded, less the cost
of any repairs, replacements or additional
cleaning that may be necessary, as soon as
possible after the end of the tenancy.
FURTHER INFORMATION -
The small BARBECUE is in a dustbin outside the
back door. Please leave it as you would hope
to find it and replace the lid on the dustbin.
Central heating. Central heating is available
between 6.30 a.m.and 10.30 p.m. each day and
included in the rent between 1st October and
1st May. At other times if required there
is a charge of £20 per week or £4 per day
Beach Hut. Should you want the use of a beach
hut whilst you are at Malgwyn then contact
Liz(our neighbour)on 01485 532346 or
07788925688.
Cooking - If you would like some help with the
catering - Our neighbour,Liz,(see above),will
prepare food for you - 24 hours min. order
time.
DON'T FORGET
LINEN. Don't forget to bring your own towels,
beach towels, sheets and bedding for the Cot
and the Z bed, if you anticipate using it.
The beds are made up with duvets, but if you
wish to use the single blankets, that are
available, then you will need to bring an
extra sheet for each bed.

2011 - In the pre-departure chaos we forgot to
write in the Visitor's Book so I thought I'd
drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our
stay in Malgwyn. It has such a homely feel to
it, we felt relaxed from the minute we arrived.
Everywhere was clean and fresh and the house is
very well equipped. I'm sure we'll be back!
2012 - We had a lovely stay at your very
comfortable and cosy home! We had everything that
we needed which made a lovely holiday for our
family. We look forward to staying here again.
