Old Hunstanton is a picturesque village and is an ideal base for walkers, golfers, bird watchers, sailing enthusiasts and people who enjoy water sports. It is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline as well as the many historic houses with their estates and gardens, like Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall and Sandringham. The village itself has a Post Office/General Stores (400 yds), hotels, pubs (the nearest 110 yds), an 18 hole championship golf course, 2 pitch and putt courses. There is a bus (bus stop 400 yds) that connects with the more traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton (1 - 2 miles) where the supermarkets (including a Sainsburys and Tesco), fun fair, arcades, Sea Life Centre and other facilities are to be found, with grass tennis courts and indoor/outdoor swimming pool and sports centre with bowls and squash courts.
 Malgwyn is an Edwardian house, in a terrace of 5 houses in a private drive off Wodehouse Road. From the balcony one can enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the sea. It provides a good base for a seaside holiday. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, even for small children. There are miles of unspoilt sandy beaches with the Coastal Path connecting them to nature reserves and Bird Observatory.
Ground Floor: Entrance Hall - with telephone and electricity meter. Sitting Room - with comfortable seating, TV, DVD, video and radio and open fireplace. Sitting Room 2/Sun Room - with comfortable seating, a secondary TV, dining chairs and table, and French doors to garden. Kitchen - with breakfast table and chairs. Shower Room - with shower, washbasin and WC. First Floor: - Bedroom 1 - with a 5ft double bed and washbasin.
- Bedroom 2 - with two 2ft 6" divans - these can be hooked together to form a 5ft double bed. Sea Views.
