 Maen-Offeiriad is situated on the slopes of Foel Drygan in the Preseli Mountains, about seven miles from Newport. It is a beautiful, quiet place, rich in wildlife, with the open moorland of the Preseli Mountains just five minutes walk away. Access is along a 300m stone track from a minor road.
Accommodation
We have two cottages to let, the annex and the studio. The annex is a timber-framed building that sleeps three to five. The studio is a converted stone barn that sleeps up to four in two sleeping lofts, one with a double bed and one that can have either two singles or one king-size bed. The Annex is a wooden building, light, warm and well-insulated. It sleeps three to six in three bedrooms.  - It has a large, light, double-height living room with a woodburning stove (see photograph above).
- There are three bedrooms: a downstairs twin room, an upstairs double room and a single bedroom which is accessed by a ladder. All bedrooms have fitted carpets and comfortable, good-quality beds. Cotton bedding is provided.
- There is a kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge and washing machine, and a downstairs bathroom.
- There is a patio and garden.
- Prices include firewood, electricity and heating.

Maen-Offeiriad is a peaceful place, and the accommodation is simple and unfussy but comfortable. The area is a haven for birds and wildlife of all kinds and is ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers. The North Pembrokeshire coast is fifteen minutes drive away, with beaches, unspoilt coves and dramatic cliffs. There are shops, restaurants and cafes within easy reach at Newport and Cardigan.
