COMMENTS FROM THE VISITORS BOOK 2011/12
April 2012. Family, from Brighton
"Lower Tor is a lovely cottage, we really enjoyed our stay. Sally & Chris have gone out of their way with little touches to make sure it really is a home from home, a bowl of water was ready & waiting for our very thirsty dog along with a lead, towel & blanket for him - all completely unexpected but welcome! Our daughter loved the teddies & the fact that the windows in the childrens room were locked was very impressive. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit that area!!"

Lovely cosy cottage. Had everything we needed. A good work out on the hill! Just off to church now.

A lovely few days in a beautiful setting, spent in your super little cottage. What a memorable welcome, cream tea for the humans and a bowl of water for Milo! A wonderful setting for us to unwind and meet the newest memeber of our family (3 weeks old) in Ivybridge. Many thanks.

We’ve had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely cottage and delightful surroundings.  With a very warm welcome and everything we could possibly require in this cottage what more can we say except “a very big thank you! and God bless!”

Mar 2011 K & B, from Lancashire.
Cottage very cosy and quiet.  Well equipped – short of nothing.  Cream tea a nice touch and enjoyed.  Personal contact also nice, very welcoming.  Nice to be out of hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.  Recommend Broadhembury for those who like to travel a bit (35 miles).

Feb 2011 M & M, from Hampshire.
The perfect break after a busy Christmas for us.  A home from home experience and so central to everything.  Our dogs loved it so much, especially touring Venford Reservoir and Dartmoor.  Amazing views and walk round Scabbacombe not for the faint hearted!  Hope to see you in the summer.
