Perched on a hill, Lower Tor Cot offers panoramic views towards Dartmoor and over the rolling fields of the South Hams. Tastefully modernised by its present owner, an architect, this attached cottage built in 1810 is set in a very quiet lane just 200 yds from the historic heart of the village, with its own ancient pub, church and village green. The village also has P.O., 2 shops and a garage.

The accommodation comprises:
  • A hall, small single bedroom, cosy living room with multi-fuel stove, well equipped kitchen with dining area.
  • First floor - double bedroom, twin bedded room, bathroom with bath and walk-in shower cubicle. Separate WC.
