We have a simple pricing policy: the house is available at 45 pounds per night (minimum 3 nights) at all times of the year. Holidays can start on any day of the week, subject to availability.
 Arriving in Louth by public transport? Let us know in advance and we will meet you at the bus station and drive you to your holiday home.
Cyclists: We can offer secure, covered storage for your bicycles, just 3 minutes walk from your holiday home (Please confirm when booking.)
A welcome pack of local produce will be waiting for guests who book a minimum 7 nights accommodation.
As well as the usual home-baked bread, milk, butter, eggs, sausages or bacon (all locally sourced), we will provide a selection taken from the mouthwatering array of Lincolnshire produced delicacies, such as plum bread, preserves, cheeses etc. (subject to availability). There will also be a leaflet detailing where locally, the produce can be purchased.
