The Accommodation Very large and spacious open plan living area which boasts a 16ft lounge with French doors revealing a fantastic Estuary view. The kitchen area is high, light and airy, with a beautifully fitted kitchen with granite worktops. All washing and drying facilities are included along with an electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is next to the kitchen and can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The door from the dining room leads into a hallway where you will find the family bathroom comprising a bath, basin and WC. Continuing down the hallway you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a double bed and en suite facilities - walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom two has two single beds. All duvets, pillows and linen (including towels) will be included for your use. The cottage has been completely renovated and is built with cornish stone and has a full central heating system and double glazing throughout. This contributes to a very luxurious accommodation. Mulitfuel wood burner. Telephone. There is a patio outside and space for off street parking for two cars. Steps lead up to the garden where children can play safely. The Area - North Cornwall has a unique rugged coastline which makes up part of the coastal footpath, boasting spectacular scenery - a paradise for ramblers and walkers. Within easy reach there are a variety of golden beaches, Harlyn Bay, Daymer Bay, Rock, Treyarnon Bay, Constantine Bay and Trevone Bay.
- Garden lovers will not be disappointed with the selection of beautiful gardens Cornwall has to offer - The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trelissick Gardens, all have their individual beauty.
- Walkers and cyclists cannot fail to enjoy the wonderful Camel Trail which runs from Bodmin, through woods and countryside to arrive at the old market town of Wadebridge and then on to Padstow, passing through the beautiful Camel Estuary where there are plenty of watersports activities incuding Sailing, Water-skiing, Wind Surfing and boating.
- Golf enthusiasts can choose from the many local 18 hole courses; St Enodoc (Rock), Roserrow (St Minver), Lanhydrock (Bodmin), Trevose (Padstow), Merlin (Newquay), Bowood (Camelford) and St Kew golf courses.
