Situated in the picturesque western lakeland valley of Eskdale, this substantial property has views of the surrounding fells from every room, including the highest mountain in england, Scafell. This is a family and walkers paradise, with endless walks in the valley, along the river, or more challenging adventures into the high mountains, from the doorstep. The world famous L'al Ratty minature railway can be seen from the house, with the nearest station 2 mins walk away.

Eskdale has a well stocked village shop, five pubs, the nearest one 5 minutes walk away, a roman fort, a 17th centuary mill, waterfalls and loads more.

Sleeps 8, 2 doubles, one twin, one room with double bed and a single bed.
Three bathrooms, two upstairs comprising family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower and one single bathroom. In addition a further large walk in shower room and toilet are on the ground floor.
Large, fully fitted and equipped family kitchen with essential cooking herbs spices condiments and oils provided.
Dining room and through lounge with open fire for the cosy winter evenings. Flat screen digital TV with Freeview, home cinema with surround sound, selection of DVD's. CD player with CDs, books, and childens games.
Large conservatory off the lounge with additional dining table and wonderful panoramic views of the garden and fells.
The conservatory and main dining room both have patio windows leading to a large wrap around decked area with table and chairs for sitting and enjoying the views.
Large garden with lawns, fruit trees and a stream.
Ample parking for 4 cars within the grounds.
