Beautifully converted, light and airy, two bed annexe of a rural country home.
A welcoming mix of contemporary style and authentic charm.
Sole use of landscaped garden approaching 1/2 an acre with large feature pond and views over open fields.
15 minute level walk to Wyken Vineyards, with renowned restaurant The Leaping Hare, superb Country Store, delightful gardens and a thriving farmer's market every Saturday morning.
Great location between the historic market towns of Bury St Edmunds and Diss. Cambridge and Norwich within 45 mins. Many local attractions - see noticeboard for more details.
Short breaks available (minimum 3 nights).

The Accommodation

Stunning double height kitchen, open to the eaves, with electric range cooker, microwave, living area with sofa and armchairs and TV with DVD player.
Conservatory dining room / sitting room, enjoying the morning sun, with two sets of french doors onto decking with wooden table and chairs and lovely views over the pond and garden. CD Player.
Ground floor, small but charming, double bedroom, built in wardrobe and cupboard.
Ground floor 4 piece antique style bathroom with original roll top bath and shower over. Heated towel rail.
1st Floor galleried twin bedroom. NB This room is open plan and overlooks the kitchen area therefore having no privacy. Antique pine sleigh beds.
Electric heating throughout. Cost included.
Gated wooden railings around terrace to provide safe outside space for young children, prohibiting access to the garden and pond.
NB The pond is deep and quite big so children cannot be left unsupervised in the garden.
Sorry no pets. No smoking. Travel cot, stairgate, high chair available on request.
Iron and ironing board. Use of owners washing machine /tumble dryer if required.
Bed linen provided. Towels not provided.
Shared use of owner's drive. One allocated parking space.
