Grade 2 listed cottage located in the centre of Loddiswell, a thriving community 3m from Kingsbridge, close to the beaches of Bantham and Thurlestone, and with easy access to the attractions of the Salcombe estuary.

The Old School House retains its original features and character: 4 bedrooms, a large living/dining room with an open fire place, a separate snug sitting room with a wood burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with AGA cooker and separate breakfast area.

The Avon Mill Garden centre at the bottom of the village has its own restaurant/ coffee shop and deli. The market towns of Kingsbridge Totnes and Modbury offer a wide range of facilities.
There are spectacular walks from the house up and down the river Avon, and easy access to SW coastal walks and Dartmoor. There is GOLF at Thurlestone, Bigbury, and Dartmouth and a wide range of attractions for the whole family within easy reach.
