Llawdref is a working farm situated on the Llyn Peninsula with its heritage coastline. This part of the Peninsula is within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is an ideal holiday area for anyone seeking the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.

The self contained wing of the farmhouse comprises:

Three bedrooms: Two with double beds, and one with two single beds. All bedrooms with washbasins.
Linen is supplied, also cot and high chair available.
Bathroom, airing cupboard and immersion heater.
Safety gate at top of stairs.
Downstairs a combined sitting room/dining room with electric fire and a colour TV, video and DVD.
The adjoining kitchen has all essentials including a fridgefreezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.
Electricity is by a £1 coin meter.
Fitted carpets throughout.

Outside:

Lawned garden with pinic table and safe play area for children.
There is ample parking space.

The location is 4 miles from the famous Abersoch sailing and wind surfing centre, 1.5 miles from Porth Neigwl beach (Hell's Mouth), 2 miles from the picturesque village of Llangian with shop, surfing beach, telephone kiosk and a 16th Century church.
