Occupying a superb position half a mile from the sea in the southern end of Snowdonia National Park, this magnificent and very comfortable family home with a historic house Grade II* listing, is set in an acre of lovely wooded gardens with a shared indoor heated swimming pool. It is also graded WTB 4 Stars.

It is surrounded by a further three acres of shared grounds and 300 acres of farmland with magnificent views of beautiful scenery - and there is access to a sand and shingle beach.

The ancestral home of a local family since it was originally built in the 13th century, the house was renovated to its present design in 1746. It boasts panelled walls, antiques and fine family portraits.

Nearby is the terminal of the Talyllyn Railway, one of the famous "Little Trains of Wales". Aberdyfi (7 miles) has a first rate golf course and 5 miles of golden sand and dunes.
