• The accommodation in each cottage comprises open plan living/dining/ kitchen, a cloakroom, two double bedrooms and bathroom.
• Both cottages feature all mod cons, including central heating, fully fitted kitchens with dishwashers and bathrooms with power showers.
• Outside, each of the cottages has its own private area with patio providing an ideal spot for relaxing and, weather permitting, eating al fresco (barbecue provided).
• For more energetic moments, there is a level playing field for games and we'll be delighted to suggest many beautiful local country walks and cycle rides.

Little Woodford is home to a variety of farm animals, handsome Wiltshire Horn sheep, pigs, many breeds of free-range chickens, turkeys, geese, a much-loved pet rabbit, dogs, cats - and, depending on the time of year, lambs, piglets and chicks. Free-range eggs and delicious homemade jams are always available on request and fresh, organically grown seasonal vegetables are usually available.

• Two minutes walk from the cottages is a lovely stroll down the River Otter to the famous Tumbling Weir.
• Three minutes walk is the famous Otter Nurseries with its fabulous plants, gifts, clothes and restaurant.
• Opposite is Joshua's Harvest Store with its range of organic and whole foods, wonderful gifts and excellent coffee shop.
• Little Woodford Cottages can be found on the outskirts of the historical market town of Ottery St Mary, in the beautiful Otter Valley.
• The Jurassic Coast of East Devon and its wonderful beaches is a short six mile drive and the City of Exeter some 11 miles away, making Ottery St Mary the perfect base for visiting the varied and numerous attractions in the area.
