Little Orchard is our peaceful, detached cottage close to the centre of Cley surrounded by garden and backing onto fields and we love it here. We hope you will too. Set back from a quiet lane and well away from the busy coast road, it's still only a short walk from centre of this lovely village with its windmill, delicatessen, smoked fish shop, pottery, gallery, and pubs and equally near the 14th Century church of St Margaret. The beach is a 10 minute walk away past the famous Cley Marsh nature reserve and from there you can walk out to the great space of Blakeney Point with its sandy beaches, dunes, seals and nesting birds.

Simple, light and comfortable, the cottage is warm and double-glazed throughout with oil-fired central heating, carpeted bedrooms and wood or tiled floors elsewhere.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen - walk-in larder, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, toaster and under-counter fridge with 3* freezer compartment (washing machine and tumble drier in garage).
Sitting room, - TV, DVD, and wood-burning stove.
Dining room/conservatory opening onto terrace and back garden.
Bathroom - bath with shower, basin and wc.
Double bedroom with ensuite shower (seat and handrail), basin and wc.

First Floor:

Twin bedroom.
Bedroom with twin beds/ king-size double plus third bed.
WC washroom.

Outside:

Front garden - with lawn, flowerbeds and gravel drive.
Parking for 3 or more cars and gate to the
Enclosed back garden - with lawns, pond, rose-walk, summer-house, fruit trees and
Paved terrace with table, chairs and bench.

Included:

All gas, heating, electricity and hot water.
Clean sheets, bath mats and drying-up cloths but we ask you to bring your own towels and to source logs for the wood-burner locally. Cot linen not provided.
Phone for incoming calls in the house.

Children are very welcome, but please note that the pond in the garden is deep and young children come at your own risk.
Weeks run from Friday to Friday.
