Little Oak, Paradise Farm is nestled in the picturesque Penweathers Valley just 10 minutes from the Cathedral City of Truro. The surfing beaches of the North Coast and the quiet bays of the South Coast are within 30 minutes. For those exploring Cornwall's Great Gardens Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick are within 30 minutes and the King Harry Ferry (l5 minutes) gives access to the east of the Fal.

Accommodation
Welcoming Little Oak is a single storey, centrally heated cottage comprising:

Spacious living room with double doors leading to a deck facing the sunrise and overlooking the Valley.
The twin bedroom is bright and airy with a double aspect, also a small window looks out on the courtyard. Both rooms are fully carpeted.
A small open-plan kitchen with a breakfast counter.
The bathroom has a large shower.
