Little Haven is situated in the delightful historical town of Colyton. The town offers a good range of day to day amenities including grocery stores, a hardware store, an award winning butchers, an art gallery, an antique centre, a garden and gift shop, cafes, a fish and chip shop, three pubs and several restaurants.
Colyton is situated within a conservation area and is an ideal place from which to explore the beautiful, rolling Devon countryside and coastline. All the surrounding countryside is listed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and you can wander for many miles along the numerous foot paths and country lanes. Colyton has it's own playing fields which include two tennis courts (available for hire) and a children's play area. Unique to this area is the electric tramway which links Colyton to Seaton with a stop at Colyford. There are four golf courses within an eight mile radius of the town.
