 Lilybank is a traditional and comfortable cottage peacefully situated on the outskirts of Fort Augustus, just where the River Oich flows into Loch Ness. The river flows past the end of the large, lawned garden (unfenced). The rest of our land is cultivated and goes down to the edge of Loch Ness - good adventure area for children! The access road ends at Lilybank where there is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars but consideration must be given for other residents and tradesmen who turn in front of the house.
Accommodation Sitting room: sofas, chairs, electric fire, night storage heater, small tables, TV, video and DVD player. Dining room: table, chairs, night storage heater, books and puzzles. Kitchen: cooker, fridge with small freezer section, microwave. Cloakroom: with toilet and wash handbasin. Shower room: with power shower, heated towel rail and automatic washing machine. Bedroom 1: Twin beds, wash hand basin, wall heater. Built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Single bed, cot, built in cupboard. Passage bedroom to bedroom 4. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, built in wardrobe, wall heater. Bathroom: bath, basin, WC. Access to bedroom 4. All beds have underblanket, two pillows, and a duvet. Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are available for hire on request. Heating is included in the rent. Pets by special arrangement at extra cost. No smoking.
