Leat Cottage is our purpose built holiday cottage, set within our small farm where we keep a flock of 20 breeding ewes. Its location and design allows you to enjoy views of the countryside and wildlife whilst staying in luxurious modern accomodation.
 
 Accommodation The property has 3 double bedrooms (two with king size beds, one with twin singles). The kitchen and living area are open plan with a floor to ceiling screened window. There is a downstairs shower room fitted with a powershower and WC. There is also an upstairs bathroom. The accomodation has Underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. Electicity, bed linen, Towels, unlimited hot water, a welcome pack (Tea, Coffee, Milk, Bread, and butter), washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are all included in the rental price. There is SKY TV (basic package) & DVD player.
