Lea Alpine Lodge provides luxury self catering accommodation for two adults in the idyllic surroundings of Lea Rhododendron Gardens in the Derbyshire Dales. - Situated on the edge of the Peak National Park and the Derbyshire Dales, Lea is close to the picturesque town of Matlock, Derbyshire. The Derwent Valley is a World Heritage Site and Lea Gardens are on the edge of this wonderful example of our industrial past.
- Lea Gardens, run by the Tye family, are world famous for their collection of rhododendrons and azaleas. Our romantic Alpine Lodge holiday accommodation has unrivalled views over the gardens from the living room, bedroom and both verandahs and guests enjoy free access to these beautiful gardens during their stay.
 - We have created our unique accommodation to offer visitors an opportunity to experience this wonderful area, which we so enjoy as a family.
Lea Alpine Lodge apartment is fully equipped with: Large living and dining area, with satellite freeview, DVD, Video and Stereo player. Fully-equipped kitchen - Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer, Oven and Microwave. There is a washing machine under the balcony. Beautiful double bedroom with a superb view across the garden so that visitors can take in the early morning atmosphere whilst enjoying a first cup of tea in bed! Tiled bathroom comprises Shower, Washbasin and Toilet. Bedlinen and towels provided. The surrounding area is rich in great historic houses such as Chatsworth, Haddon, Kedleston and Hardwick Hall, and the charming market towns of Ashbourne and Bakewell are a short drive away. The pretty village of Lea is on the doorstep, providing a shop, pub and post office, and also providing delightful country walks from your apartment.
