These ten attractive purpose built apartments are tucked away off the main road on a peaceful site in the picturesque parish of St Martins close to the south coast bays and cliffs. There is a large lawned area with swings and picnic tables at the rear of the apartments and the swimming pool and bar and restaurant facilities of the hotel next door are available for our guests to use.

Accommodation

All the apartments have two double bedrooms with twin beds and are comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard with a kitchen/diner, lounge with Freesat TV and DVD player.
Each apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath and a shower over the bath and a toilet.
Some apartments incorporate a wash basin in the bathroom or vanity unit in the bedroom.
The stylish kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave and fridge together with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
The apartments are either on one level or on two levels connected by a spiral staircase and will accommodate four to six persons.

Facilities

The shopping centre is within easy walking distance and there are many excellent restaurants in the parish of St Martins. There is a convenient bus stop at the end of the drive.
Cots, folding beds and high chairs can be provided.
A clock/radio and hairdryer are provided.
All linen is provided.
Parking available on site for one vehicle for each apartment.
Coin operated washing machine and tumble drier on site.

We regret we cannot accommodate pets.
All apartments are "No Smoking".
