faces south and sits in a large garden and is surrounded by rolling farmland. Enjoy open views towards the Black Isle and keep an eye open for your neighbours- the deer, hare, buzzards and osprey that live around the cottage.  

• Inside, a mixture of original sanded floorboards, limestone flagstones and natural floor coverings create a stylish interior.
• The dining kitchen is the heart of the house, where you can perfect your cooking skills on the range cooker, whilst friends and family gather round the farmhouse table.
• Larchwood Cottage sleeps up to five people in two huge double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
• The spacious family bathroom has a bath and superb walk in power shower.
• All linen, towels, logs and energy costs are included and smaller visitors don't need to bring their travel cot or high chair.
• Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
