LARCH COTTAGE - A traditional stone and slate cottage with attractively decorated modern interior. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with reserved parking, only 5 minutes walk from the local shops of Windermere, 100m from large open park with play area. Local walks from the door.

The cottage easily accommodates 6 people and has gas central heating throughout:

Lounge/dining room, light and spacious with trueflame gas fire, digital freeview TV, DVD, CD player and door opening onto enclosed patio.
Kitchen (newly refitted March 2010) with fully fitted units, electric cooker, fridge (freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, breakfast bar and stools.
3 bedrooms - 2 large doubles (1 with additional single bed) and 1 with full sized bunks.
Bathroom, fully tiled, bath with electric shower over, large airing / drying cupboard.

Facilities:

Prices include all gas, electricity and water.
Wooden cot and highchair available.
Garden furniture, BBQ, selection of games, books and childrens toys.
Bed linen included. Towels on request (additional charge).

An excellent location from which to explore the whole of the Lake District, being located 20 mins. drive from the M6, and 3/4 mile from Windermere railway station. Bowness and the lake shore are about 1 mile away, and Ambleside, gateway to many of the highest peaks is a 10 minute drive. The villages surrounding Windermere offer a wealth of traditional pubs serving excellent food and local beers.
