 Situated in an enclosed garden within a working croft this bright and spacious bungalow enjoys wonderful southerly views across the Caledonian Canal to Ben Nevis, the Aonach Mor ski slopes and Glen Nevis. - The area offers a wealth of activities including ski-ing, climbing, hill walking, mountain biking, sailing, canoeing, fishing and golf.
- Lapwing Rise is located just off the A830 'Road to the Isles' four miles from the town of Fort William which boasts a variety of excellent facilities including a swimming pool, restaurants and large supermarket.
 - Although located in a rural setting the local shop is 0.75 miles and a pub/restaurant a very short walk away.
- Lapwing Rise is well situated for touring various places of interest such as Glencoe, Loch Ness, the Road to the Isles and Mallaig (where ferries depart for Skye and the Small Isles), Oban, or the beautiful unspoilt Ardnamurchan peninsula.
- During the summer months the West Highland Steam Train, as seen in the Harry Potter films, passes closeby.
- A visit to the Nevis Range and a trip up Aonach Mor on a gondola is also recommended.
The bungalow can sleep up to 7 persons and the accommodation consists of:  Lounge. Dining Room. Kitchen and Utility Room. Shower Room with toilet and basin. Bathroom with toilet and basin. 4 Bedrooms: 1 King size with basin, 2 Twin (one with basin), 1 Single with basin. The Services include: Oil fired central heating.
