 LANGFORD COURT SOUTH is a wing of the medieval thatched manor house of Langford Court, which appears in the Domesday Book. Mainly Tudor, this self-contained wing offers spacious, luxury accommodation for up to 6 people, overlooking gardens and lake. This stunning house, furnished to a very high standard, offers self catering with a difference and is the ultimate rural retreat.
Langford Court is still a working farm, and there are cattle in the fields beyond the lake. The area is very quiet and peaceful, although only 3 miles from Junction 28 of the M5. All breakfast produce is included, and you will receive a Welcome Hamper with wine, plus homemade cake. On site fishing is available at no extra charge in our carp and tench ponds. In-house therapy treatments available (Reiki, reflexology, EFT, Hopi ear candling).
Accommodation  Self-contained and centrally heated. Oak-panelled entrance hall with stairs leading to master bedroom. The Great Hall (a magnificent galleried room originally the main hall of the medieval house. Inglenook, woodburner, galleried 2nd bedroom, TV, DVD/CD player, books, games, DVDs/CDs, computer with broadband internet access, snooker table). Kitchen (fully equipped country kitchen with Heritage stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, freezer, and quality china. Breakfast table and armchairs TV). Master bedroom (oak panelled, vaulted ceiling, 5' four-poster, ensuite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron, and board). Gallery bedroom (6' four-poster, plenty of storage space, hairdryer, iron, and board). Outside - Use of decked area with barbecue.
