Lane Farm is situated in rural Radnorshire, with deer park and pools set in a conservation area, between Painscastle and Rhosgoch. In this quiet valley, far from main roads and the hum of the 21st century, you will find peace and tranquility.

OLD STABLES COTTAGE
  • A self contained annexe to the C17th farmhouse; originally the old longhouse, then farm buildings, and now converted into a two-storey cottage which can sleep 11/12 people.
  • The ground floor has a tiled entrance for coats, boots and wet dogs; a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with woodburning stove and French windows overlooking the deer park; a double room with bathroom/shower and WC opposite; and a four-bedded room with ensuite bath/wc.
  • The stairs lead off the dining room to the first floor sitting room with small balcony off; a double room; a three bedded room; and a bathroom/wc.
  • On the landing is a 'quiet area' with bookshelves, reading lamp, and a sofabed.
OLD DAIRY
  • The Old Dairy studio apartment has a tiled entrance area; living room with TV and sofabed; kitchenette area with cooker and fridge/freezer; shower/wc; and spiral staircase leading to an attic bedroom with twin beds.
For larger parties: The Old Stables and Old Dairy can be let together, taking a maximum of 16.

ALL APARTMENTS
  • These apartments share a lawned area with seating and a barbecue, also washing line.
  • There is ample parking space.
  • All linen is provided at no extra charge, also electricity, central heating, hot water and logs.
  • A high chair and cot are available if required.
PETS
  • Well behaved house pets are welcome at no extra charge.
  • Horses are also very welcome, but we make a small charge for stabling, hay and straw, or grazing.
