 Watch red squirrels on the balcony, and roe deer and osprey among the abundant wildlife on a tranquil croft with a beautiful outlook over a trout loch amidst birch woods set in our own hiddenglen. We have seen 85 species of bird, wild cat, and pinemartin. Farmed organically with cows, sheep, hens and a large vegetable garden. Guests are welcome to meet the animals and collect eggs.
Two large warm lodges (quality unbeaten) chalet or modern residential caravan provide luxury accommodation kept very clean and well equipped.
There is an attractive camping area in a circle of trees with a cooking shelter for the more adventurous.
This is an excellent holiday centre, safe for children - with trampoline, bikes and boat. We have low rainfall, plentiful sunshine, few midges and are situated 4 miles from Nairn with its sandy beaches and Moray Firth dolphins. Also near Loch Ness, Cairngorm Mountains, Cawdor Castle, Speyside distilleries, 14 golf courses, skiing, walking, pony trekking, and fishing.
Entry to the lodges (which sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms and have wheelchair access) is through utility room with washing machine/dryer. This opens into a large south facing living room with offset fully equipped kitchen. Central hall leads to the bedrooms. Double room has ensuite shower/WC, twin room and bunkroom served by bathroom. Mobile hoist available.
Chalet (sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms) and large caravan (Tourist Board inspected) with 2 bedrooms. Fully equipped with colour TV and all mod cons.
No smoking inside.
