Kypie View is situated in a quiet rural location on the edge of the Northumberland National Park and Cheviot foothills, with beautiful views on the doorstep.
This Victorian cottage offers a variety of holiday options: exploring the rich Northumberland heritage of castles, houses, and heritage trails. (with Lindisfarne, Alnwick and the coast or Scotland all about half an hour away). The location is ideal for walkers, cyclists, photographers and artists. Or a peaceful place just to relax and unwind all year round. ACCOMMODATION
The cottage sleeps four comfortably.
Upstairs is a very large double bedroom with stunning views of the hills, (a toilet and shower room are adjoining).
Downstairs is a twin/double bedroom.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and incorporates a dining area. There is a Sky Freesat TV, DVD and CD player and telephone.
The Kitchen has been modernised and equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine etc and is supplied by pure natural Northumberland spring water.
There is also a downstairs toilet.
Central Heating and hot water are supplied by a multi fuel stove set in the Inglenook fireplace in the lounge. There are also electric heaters in each room and an immersion heater.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
One pet by arrangement.
OUTSIDE
The outside rear garden and summer house is enclosed, with lawn:- an ideal place to sit out and relax or barbeque on warm summers' evenings.
There is safe private parking at the rear of the cottage.
Kypie View Cottage is situated in the quiet hamlet of Howtel on the B6352 road. Milfield is 2miles away with village shop, restaurant and pub serving meals. The towns of Wooler and Kelso are a short drive away.
