Licensed Restuarant on site and Beauty Spa, 16 acre grounds with country meadow walks ideal for relaxation or adventure in the stunning Peak District National Park.

We are 5 minutes walk from Carsington Water, a superb well known windsurfing and sailing centre.
There is also excellent fishing, walking, safe cycling and shopping nearby.
Good food is on hand at our own Brackendale Restaurant or visit the popular Knockerdown Inn just across the road, families very welcome.

We'll give you a warm welcome in this your home from home holiday, situated between the charming Market Towns of Ashbourne and Matlock with their cafés, bars and restaurants along with a host of local attractions.
Stay in our attractive selection of courtyard Farm Cottages, several of which date back to 1869 with original features, sensitively converted for modern amenity. We also have newer cottages, designed in keeping with the originals.
With 16 acres of grounds to explore we promise a holiday to remember in the Peak District. Ideal for families and groups wishing to holiday together.
There are cottages sleeping 2/3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 11 guests so whatever the numbers in your party (sleeps in total 91) - we are able to accommodate you!
