Prices are per week and from Saturday to Saturday although where possible chosen week(s) can start on a different day.
Mini Breaks - £38.50 per person per night, or £33.00 per person per night with a minimum of three night stay (Single Occupancy plus £5.00).
Breakfast Hamper available on request at £7.50 per person.
All our prices include:- Towels, Tea Towels, Bed Linen, Central Heating, Electricity.
Dogs: £20 per week - £15 per mini-break.

• Stroll through our wooded area and old orchard or take a more energetic walk across the Exmoor National Park with its miles of quiet unspoilt footpaths, valleys and streams. Look out for the Exmoor ponies, red deer and wild birds you can even take a safari tour.
• In the nearby village of Dulverton you can have a Devon cream tea, buy something unusual, or have a fabulous meal in an award winning restaurant.
