 Kirkview is quietly located on the bank of the Penkiln Burn in Old Minnigaff and is only a short walking distance from the small market town of Newton Stewart and all local amenities. It is a perfect base for exploring this very beautiful rural area with an abundance of wildlife and a walkers/cyclists paradise, set in the heart of the Galloway Hills. Alternatively you can just relax on the terrace and listen to the clear burn rippling over the rocks and birds in nearby trees. - The town offers riverside walks, fishing on the River Cree, an 18 hole golf course, shops, restaurants, tearooms, pubs, cinema/theatre, museum, tennis courts, snooker club, indoor & outdoor bowling and swimming pool/leisure centre.
