Kirkton is a beautifully restored cottage nestling in the hills of Glenbuchat on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park, 44 miles west of Aberdeen. With castles to visit, the whisky trail to follow and Balmoral on beautiful Deeside, there are also golf courses, fishing (licences available locally), wonderful walks and quiet country lanes for cycling. With the snow fields of the Lecht, Cairngorms and Glenshie, there are activities to suit everyone. With its warm farmhouse kitchen and cosy wood lined sitting room, Kirkton is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.
