Charming Victorian terraced cottage in small village 4 miles from Pickering. The cottage is double glazed, has exposed beams and woodwork and the original latched internal doors. It is comfortably furnished and very well equipped with many homely touches.

It is an ideal base for walking and touring. Heartbeat Country, Moors Steam Railway, Castle Howard, York, Scarborough and Whitby are only a short drive away.

First Floor  

• Bedroom 1 - double bedded room with dressing table, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, lamps, electric storage heater.
• Bedroom 2 - with two single beds, wardrobe with drawers, bedside drawers with lamp, trouser press, electric heater.
• Bedroom 3 - with sturdy solid pine 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers, hanging space, lamps and electric heater.
• Bathroom - with WC, wash basin, bath with overhead electric shower, heated towel rail, shaver point.

Garden  

• There is a small lawned garden at the front and a large (80ft long) detached enclosed garden at the rear with various shrubs and trees.
• At the bottom of the garden there is an outbuilding where garden furniture and two bicycles are kept.

• Bed linen is provided and bathroom towels can be hired for a small charge.

• Parking is available on the roadside directly to the front of the cottage.

The cottage is open all year; short breaks are available out of the main holiday seasons and at other times at short notice subject to availability.
