KINROSS HOLIDAY COTTAGE

Has a good sized lounge with two settees, one of which is a sofa-bed, an arm chair, TV (freeview), video player, storage heater, electric fire, coffee table, welsh dresser and lamps. Laminate wood flooring and a wool rug. The window looks out to unobstructed views of the country side and garden.
The bedrooms consist of one double bed and one twin room both with fitted carpets.
The shower room has an electric shower, sink, toilet, fully tiled floor, electric towel rail, and hand rails in the shower area.
The kitchen has a table that can accommodate 6 people and is provided with a large fridge, small freezer, electric cooker, micro wave oven, toaster, electric tin opener/knife sharpener, washing machine, tumbler drier, kettle and pots, pans, utensils, etc.
Heating is provided by three electric storage heaters and portable electric fires.
Also provided are an airing rack, iron, ironing board, steps, sweeping brushes, mop, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.
Outside there is a well kept garden, garden furniture, a shed, rotating washing drier, bins and drive for parking.

DIRECTIONS and CONDITIONS

From Inverness follow the A9 all the way towards Thurso. Just after Georgemas Junction on the road to Thurso turn left onto the B874 to Halkirk. Once through the 30 MPH limit and after the first right turn look for the drive to KINROSS HOLIDAY COTTAGE on your right (third house).
Linden House is the house to the rear of Kinross and the key can be picked up there.
Lets generally run from Saturday to Saturday arriving at 1600 and departing at 1000 but here is flexibility so ask. Short lets are available on a daily rate.
