Kingsfell is a lovely five bedroom Victorian townhouse with views of the Skiddaw fells. It is five minutes' walk from the centre of Keswick. Kingsfell is equipped to a high standard including a modern kitchen and a games room.
Keswick is on the edge of Derwentwater in the Northern Lake District and provides an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. It has a good choice of pubs and restaurants, a wide range of shops and a supermarket.

Ground floor:

Lounge with colour TV, DVD player, and selection of films.
Dining room with large dining table, radio and CD player.
Understairs cupboard with radiator and space for drying clothes and boots.
Modern fitted kitchen with dual-fuel cooker(gas hob and electric oven), microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer etc.
