KIMBERLEY COTTAGE is situated in the heart of rural Suffolk two miles south of the small country town of Stowmarket and three miles off the A14, looking out over undulating farmland for a distance of approximately one mile.

It has been converted from a redundant agricultural building, probably dating back nearly 200 years and provides a high standard of accommodation with facilities to the level required to obtain a three star classification by the English Tourism Council.

Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, London and the coast are within easy reach.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor
From the entrance hall access is gained to a spacious well fitted kitchen, tastefully furnished dining room/lounge and bathroom with WC.

First Floor
Upstairs from the hall and off the landing there are three bedrooms (1 double with en suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 bunk - providing a total of 6 bedspaces) and a shower room with WC.

Facilities include:
Fully automatic storage heaters, wood burning stove, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, radio, colour television with DVD player, video, television in all bedrooms, double glazed windows, insulated floors, walls and ceilings and ample parking. Wi-Fi available.

Tariff includes:
Electricity, bedlinen and towels, cot and high chair.

The cottage is a non smoking holiday home.
