Situated directly across from the shore Kilbrannan House is a lovely traditional four bedroomed Edwardian villa. Completely renovated in 2008 to provide a fantastic holiday house with an excellent standard of accommodation in a superb location. Located in the picturesque village of Pirnmill on the north west coast of the island.

The property benefits from unhindered spectacular views across the stretch of water it takes its name from, the Kilbrannan Sound to the Kintyre Peninsula.
Only two minutes walk from the post office and well stocked grocery shop and Lighthouse Restaurant.
The front and back gardens are fully enclosed with garden furniture provided to allow you to sit out and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets.
Seals, otters, dolphins, gannets and even basking sharks can readily be spotted in the waters to the front of the house.
Pirnmill also provides some excellent walking opportunities including some lower hills around the village for those seeking less strenuous hillwalking.
For those wishing to play a round of golf Arran boasts 7 golf courses with Machrie golf course only 7 miles along the coast road.
There is a regular bus service from Pirnmill around the island.
