  Kent Cottage provides excellent accommodation in a quiet location directly opposite the dunes, which form part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The magnificent sandy beach and the village centre are both only a 5 minute walk from the house. Accommodation is all on one level and is suitable all year round with its efficient central heating, open fire and double glazing. Large, enclosed and private gardens with parking for 3 cars. Wonderful views of Bamburgh Castle.
  Accommodation Large sitting room with open fire, colour TV, Digital box, DVD and an excellent view of the castle from the bay window. Spacious kitchen with dining area sitting 8 comfortably, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave included. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. 4 bedrooms - 2 with double beds, 2 with twin beds. Bathroom which has a bath with electric shower over bath, wc, whb. Shower room with power shower, wc, whb. Large, enclosed gardens, picnic table, off street parking for 3 cars. Cost includes duvets, linen, electricity, coal and oil (central heating controlled by timer, heating on approx 7am-10am and then 4pm-10pm, arrangements can be made for it to be left on longer at an additional cost). Sorry not suitable for wheelchair access. Local Attractions
The sweeping sandy beaches and dramatic Castle (photo on right) make Bamburgh one of Northumberland's most popular yet unspoilt villages. The village itself has excellent facilities including shops, pubs, restaurants and links golf course. There are several other golf courses nearby including Seahouses, Belford, Berwick and Goswick. The Farne Islands, which are a haven for seals and wild birds, Holy Island and a number of other attractions are very close by. Kent Cottage makes an ideal location for exploring these, the rest of Northumberland and the Borders.
