Set in the midst of 70 acres with magnificent views overlooking the sea at Widemouth Bay, award winning Kennacott Court represents an outstanding collection of holiday cottages with unrivalled leisure and recreational facilities. The cottages vary in size and character and accommodate from two to twelve people. Every cottage is extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped.
A special feature of Kennacott Court is the superb Indoor Leisure Building which is open all year (with wheelchair access to all facilities) and includes:
 Indoor Swimming Pool - 38ft long and with the very latest technology ensuring the highest degree of comfort. The pool is fully heated and has dehumidification and water purification systems, changing rooms, shower and WC suitable for the disabled. Open daily 8am to 10pm.
Sauna and Fitness Room - for adults only.
Snooker Room - with a full-size table for adults only.
Childrens Room - with toys and games, parents seating.
Video Library - with a large selection of videos for all ages (no charge is made).
Sports Barn - with badminton and short tennis, and games room with skittles, pool and table tennis, plus TV with Sky Sports.

Another wonderful feature of Kennacott Court is the abundance of outdoor activities available on-site in the 70 acres of grounds, including:
Tennis Courts - two top quality all-weather courts available all year round (bring your own racquets, balls and tennis shoes).
Golf Course - with wonderful Atlantic views, is exclusive to visitors to Kennacott Court and comprises six full sized holes, four par four and two par three, which are challenging and well maintained. The course is open from April to October incusive. Green Fee £35 per week per player.
Putting Green - in addition to the golf course, there is a 9-hole putting green.
For Children - there is lots and lots of space, a nature walk, an adventure trail, swings, climbing frame, and a fun football field with goal posts. The grounds have been carefully planned to provide ample and safe children's play areas as well as space for a quiet stroll and relaxation. We have created a lake and footpaths in an 18 acre woodland; this area is a habitat for wildlife. There are also barbecue areas with gas barbecues and picnic tables to complete the outdoor facilities.
Many of the superb cottages at Kennacott Court are formed from traditional stone barns and farm buildings around a courtyard. These attractive and tasteful conversions retain many original features - a delightful combination of stone, slate, exposed beams, and timber trusses which give the properties tremendous and interesting character.
A nearby trio of cottages which are named after trees in the old orchard have been beautifully designed on one level and all have fireplaces in the living rooms, their own car parking and barbecue areas. The Farmhouse even has its own croquet lawn and Granary its own private walled garden.
Kennacott House has wonderful sea views and dining facilities for large parties.
You need bring nothing with you when you come to Kennacott Court. Each cottage is in excellent condition and superbly appointed with the following facilities:
Tariff includes electricity and central heating. All cottages have full oil fired central heating, all radiators have thermostatic valve regulators. Electric oven & hob, microwave oven & dishwasher. Fridge/freezer (separate freezer in the Granary, Farmhouse and Kennacott House). Automatic washer/dryer in all cottages (except Duckpool). Hand held electric whisk, electric kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Colour Digital TV with Freeview, DVD player and VCR (several cottages have two televisions). CD/cassette player and Clock radio. Direct dial telephone and wireless internet access. Full bed linen - duvets (please bring blankets or duvet for cots). Towels and swimming towels. Tea towels and oven gloves. Cleaning materials, including tablets for dishwasher and washing machine plus washing-up liquid. Cling film, silver foil & paper kitchen towel. Steam iron and ironing board. Garden or deck chairs. Fireplaces. Cots, high chairs, stair-gates, and baby alarms are available at no extra charge. Wheel chair and push chairs for hire. Baby-sitting and maid service available by arrangement. Newspapers are delivered to the cottages daily, milk is delivered on alternate days. Extra children's beds are available for some cottages instead of cots. Electric blankets or hot water bottles on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome in some cottages from October to Spring Bank Holiday (Dogs are welcome all year in the Granary, Farmhouse, Kennacott House and Kennacott View). Fax/Email facilities are available. Morrisons Supermarket within 5 minutes drive. Also, Asda will deliver (order online). Bude has good shops, restaurants, squash, horse riding, the 'Splash' leisure pool, windsurfing, rock-climbing and sea, canal and lake-side fishing. There are four golf courses within a twenty minute drive. We are sure that whatever the season you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday at Kennacott Court.
