'Probably the best views on the island'
About 50 years ago a holidaymaker was so spellbound by the views from this spot that he built a house positioned to maximise the three panoramas; to the north and north west across Lamlash Bay leading your eye to the incomparable backdrop of Goat Fell, A'Chir, Cir Mhor and Beinn Nuis; Holy Isle from the north through to the east (you can usually spot wild ponies and goats and occasionally monks) and to the south and south west there is a rural backdrop with fields and tall beech trees.
  • Kebars is situated in a two acre plot; the top part is grassy, the bottom half is a hazel copse leading to a shingle beach suitable for bathing and water sports.
  • The large decked balcony looks out over the garden and is a great area in which to relax.
  • We are confident that you won't find a better setting anywhere on the island or in many places beyond.
  • The location is sufficiently remote from other habitation to provide privacy and serenity but with easy access to Whiting Bay. It is within the small village of Kingscross reached by a short track about 200m long suitable for all vehicles.
