Keltney Burn Cottage is a beautiful, award winning 3 bedroom cottage on the banks of the Keltney Burn in the heart of Perthshire, just over 2 miles from scenic Kenmore and 5 miles from pretty Aberfeldy.

The Cottage is part of a 200 year old mill which has been completely renovated to offer warm, bright and spacious accommodation which has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The delightful sitting room has a wood burning stove and deep, comfortable sofas, making it a cosy retreat for all seasons. There are lovely views of the surrounding countryside and French doors leading to the garden through which runs the Keltney Burn.

The lovely conservation village of Kenmore lies just over 2 miles away at one end of Loch Tay (shop, pub, water sports, iron age settlement). At the other end of the loch the village of Killin (shops, hotels etc.) straddles the stunning Falls of Dochart. From Killin, Loch Lomond and Scotland's West Coast are within easy driving distance. Just minutes away is Glen Lyon, one of the loveliest of Scottish glens and teeming with wildlife, including the elusive capercaillie.
