 Situated in the heart of the picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth, 4 Jireh Place has an enviable central location to all its pubs, restaurants and shops and enjoys roof top views across the town with glimpses of the Solent and area of outstanding natural beauty, the River Yar. This purpose built flat offers light and airy accommodation for up to 4 people in two bedrooms, with the option for 2 further guests on a double sofabed. - Yarmouth's family friendly Sandhard beach is either a 10-minute walk or more easily accessed by the harbour boat taxi (just a minute's walk from the flat). The beach offers safe swimming and crabbing and there is a dedicated BBQ area overlooking the harbour and Solent.
 - The old Yarmouth/Freshwater railway line is just up the road and is fantastic for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists alike, with the beautiful track running along the River Yar, leading to the Tennyson Trail and heritage coastline.
- Cycle hire is available in the town, and the Yarmouth/Lymington ferry service is at the end of the lane.
- Within 10 to 15 minutes drive are the sandy beaches on the south west coast of the Island, including Compton and Brook, popular for surfing, kitesurfing and fantastic walking.
Accommodation: Enter flat via alleyway from the main square in Yarmouth - this leads into a courtyard and 4 Jireh Place is located on the top floor with its own entrance (there are three flights of steps up to it). The front door opens into the hallway with all the rooms accessed from it. The bedrooms and sitting/dining room are all carpeted. Twin bedroom overlooks the courtyard. Double bedroom with views of church spire. Sitting/dining room with two upholstered armchairs, double sofabed, flatscreen TV/DVD. Dining table seats 6. Views towards the Yar estuary. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric cooker and washing machine. Bathroom with bath, basin and wc. Price includes bed linen. Upon booking a £100 deposit is due with final payment due four weeks before arrival.
