is a traditional, mid-Victorian, brick and flint workman's cottage in a quiet cul-de sac adjacent to the Holt Country Park, but only a short walk to the centre of the town. It retains much of its original charm with uneven plaster, stripped wooden doors, oak floors, open fireplace and steep stairs. However, it has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and gas central heating.

• Kitchen has a pull out table, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave and toaster.
• Bathroom with bath, washbasin, shower and toilet.

First Floor  

• Double bedroom with brass bed and small wardrobe.
• Twin Bedroom with chest of drawers and double wardrobe.

Outside  

• Large brick and flint outhouse with automatic washing machine and storage for bicycles etc.
• Large garden with lawn, flowerbeds, brick barbecue and garden furniture.
• Open ground to rear.

Holt is a charming Georgian town of only 3000 people. It is 3 miles from the coast and is ideally situated for exploring rural Norfolk, especially its nature reserves and villages.
